1. Call SteamMaster: Office personnel answer
   the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. SteamMaster will dispatch a crew and in
   most cases arrive within one hour.
3. Start removing all breakable items from tables
   (TV, vcr’s, ect.) and unplug all electrical items
   from outlets.After we Leave:
   • Please leave turbo dryers and dehumidifiers on for three days. Leave A/C running at all times. This pulls the humidity out and helps walls, carpets and upholstery to dry faster.
   • You might experience some odor. This is normal, especially with wool carpets. Most odors will be eliminated after new padding is placed and carpet is cleaned.
   • SteamMaster will come back three to four days after the extraction. If your carpet is not permanently stained and there are no other damages, we will remove the turbo dryers and dehumidifiers, lay new padding, new tack strips where needed, relay carpet and clean all affected areas.
   • SteamMaster will need the names of your insurance company, agent , and policy number and will fax/mail the bill directly to them.
